Sujit Choudhry is a professor of law at the University of California. He is the director of the Center for Constitutional Transitions. It is an institution that mainly focuses on generating and mobilizing the knowledge in support of building the constitution. They do this by bringing together international networks of experts and leading them so as they finish thematic research projects that give evidence that is based on options of policy to the practitioners.
